From the M5 take the A38 – then the A384 signposted to Totnes and Dartmouth. In Totnes, turn right at the traffic light on to the A381 signposted to Kingsbridge and Dartmouth. Shortly after the village of Halwell, turn sharp left by a garage on to the A3122 signposted to Dartmouth.
After just over a mile you will see the Woodland Pleasure Park on your right and the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club on your left. Continue towards Dartmouth – 2½ miles later you will see Norton Park on your left. Turn left through the entrance and into the car park, then continue out of the car park on the road directly in front of you. Avoca (Chalet 133) is the third chalet on your right.
From the ferries in Dartmouth, take the main road out of town towards Plymouth or Totnes. You will come to a roundabout with the Dartmouth Leisure Centre and the Park and Ride facility both on your left. Continue on the A3122 towards Totnes – a mile later you will see Norton Park on your right. Turn right into the car park, then continue out of it on the road directly in front of you. Avoca (Chalet 133) is the third chalet on your right.
